The second apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the
second floor of the building. This apartment consists of a large
living room with a dining table and an open kitchen, luxurious equipped
with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave/oven. The bedroom has
a double bed and enough spacious cupboard for hanging cloths. In
the bathroom is a bath with shower and a wash and drying machine.
A separate toilet is located in the entrance cabinet. This apartment
could be used by 2 persons, a separate baby cot or extra bed can
be made available to extent it to 3 persons. . Residence II rate:
Euro 125-250. For longer periods special rates are available as
indication for more than six months it could range from Euro 1,850
per month.
