Residence 1
The largest apartment is located on the ground floor, with living and
dinning room as well as kitchen and a toilet. In addition to the living
floor there are three bedrooms on an upper level with bathroom, with
shower, king size bath and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all up to
standard luxurious equipment, like American fridge (including ice machine),
microwave, oven, dishwasher and large cooking stove. A washing machine and
dryer are located in the basement. This apartment could be used by 5
persons; a separate baby cot or extra bed can be made available to extent
it to 6 persons. Residence I rate: Euro 200-350 per night. For longer
periods special rates are available as indication for more than six months
it could range from Euro 3,500 per month.
